Weddings

Portraits

JL Keeney Photography offers 8×12 custom desk prints starting at $35 and portrait collections starting at $425.  The average client invests $400-600 in their custom photography

On Location Session    $150

Your portrait session will last up to two hours.  Multiple clothing changes are allowed as time permits.  There are no extra fees for additional people.  Locations 25 miles from our home (Chesapeake, 23321) are included.  We will travel anywhere, but travel fees will apply.  You will receive access to a private online gallery, which is available for 5 days.  The session fee is due at time of booking.

The Session Fee includes photographer’s time and talent, including basic retouching.

Newborn Session    $250

Your newborn session will last up to four hours.  Locations 25 miles from our home (Chesapeake, 23321) are included.  We will travel anywhere, but travel fees will apply.  You will receive access to a private online gallery, which is available for 5 days.  The session fee is due at time of booking.

The Session Fee includes photographer’s time and talent, including basic retouching.

FAQ’s

How does it work?

We’ll have a phone consultation with you to prepare you for your portrait session.  On the day of your session we’ll come to your location and shoot for about 1-2 hours.  When your images are ready (30-40 retouched images) you’ll come to us for your ordering session.  After you narrow down the images you truly love, we’ll help guide you in choosing sizes and products.  Soon afterwards your private online gallery will go up for 5 days.  It’s a great way to share all the images with family and friends, as well as for Grandma in Kentucky to get an updated 5×7 for her fireplace mantle.

Can I get the Digital Images?

Digital images are available a la carte and with collections.  All digital images include a print release and we can recommend a consumer lab to print your images.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We have a family too, so we understand things come up.  We do ask for you to give us 24 hours notice so we can notify our babysitter (Nana) and she can make alternate plans.  She has a very busy social life
